About the event
Discover the art of printmaking in this exciting 2-day workshop! Young artists will experiment with both relief printing and monotype techniques using child-friendly tools like foam blocks and gelli plates. From carving simple designs to layering vibrant textures, kids will learn how to create bold, expressive prints while exploring concepts like pattern, repetition, and negative space. This hands-on workshop encourages creativity, problem-solving, and playful exploration through the timeless art of printmaking.
This is a two-day, drop-off program for kids ages 5+. Sibling discounts are available! Classes will be held July 14th & July 16th from 2 - 4pm.
Please send your child with a water bottle and a small snack, and be sure they’re dressed for messy, creative fun!
